All members of the YK Garden Collective are committed to donating 25%
of their produce to those in need. Donated produce should be in good condition, fresh, and
look good enough to eat. Please do not donate foods you would not happily serve to your own guests, such as spinach that’s gone to seed, limp lettuce, or worm-eaten beets.
The
table lists organizations that accept donations. If you donate to
individuals, or to organizations not listed, please record your donation
under 'other' when registering a donation.
If an organization does not accept a donation, please email our Donations Coordinator and donate the produce to another listed organization.
Please note that Side Door / Hope's Haven is not directly accepting donations at this time, but donations to Food Rescue may assist them.
